Bas de Baar is a visual coach supporting people in transition. He loves to make visual maps and travel guides for the collaborators of our brave new world. Those who are moving from “I Should” to “I Love My Work” in the new economy.
He has also been a Project Manager for over 15 years dealing with uncertainties and ambiguity in organizations. Creating nice narratives out of messy situations.
He lives in The Netherlands.

Bas is a member of the creative coop Different Office, together with his wife Simone and friends Lori and Daniel. They collect stories of self-created, soul-satisfying work spaces.
Ooooooooo. Look what others are saying!
“I think I’ve figured out what you do now. You refuse to make things generic and inspire us (through your own example) to explore and develop our own workable concepts on how to deal with our own personal project work.”
“What Bas’ articles usually inspire in me is the hidden meaning behind the sentences providing ample of room for one to explore further and to arrive to his own conclusion. It is not difficult to write directly to say ‘this’ or ‘that’, but it is definitely a challenge for the writer to try to encourage (…) someone to explore for his very own version of what is ‘this’ or ‘that’.”
